Seriously… is there anything better in this world than an Oreo? A giant Oreo of course! But what’s better than a giant Oreo? A giant strawberry cheesecake filled Oreo 😎

Giant Oreo Strawberry Cheesecake

Oreo Shell

  • 375 g Dark Chocolate
  • 125 g Cocoa Butter
  • 50 g Black Cocoa Powder

Strawberry Cheesecake

  • 1 kg Cream Cheese
  • 125 g Sugar
  • 180 g Strawberry Compound
  • 167 ml Double Cream


  • Melt your chocolate and cocoa butter in 30 second bursts in the microwave. Once melted add the Black Cocoa Powder and whisk until completely dissolved
  • Pour into your Oreo mould, ensuring the walls are well covered and place in the freezer to set
  • Whilst in the freezer combine your cream cheese, sugar, strawberry compound and double cream
  • Remove the chocolate from the freezer and fill 3/4 full with your cheesecake mixture
  • Smooth off and top with the remaining chocolate, ensuring it meets your existing chocolate walls
  • Place in the freezer to set for 6 hours or until solid. Remove from mould and place in the fridge to defrost for 2-4 hours
